About the Play

When FEAR personifies itself in the imagination of children, takes a certain form, turns into a creature that deprives children of sleep, and overwhelms their thinking, and when children innovate ways of eradicating it through their imagination and through their naïve thoughts that might seem silly and eccentric in the eyes of grown-up people, then and only then we come to realize its impact on children and see the obstacles and barriers it creates in their lives. These barriers limit their creativity and ambition. We also realize our weakness in the face of fear as we have never endeavored even to think of how to eradicate it, if not for ourselves, at least for our children. This is an invitation for us to think in the minds of children.
